Class 320 TBOX overhaul works update

The time-based overhaul (TBOX) of Eversholt Rail’s Class 320 fleet continues to run to time, with 50% of the fleet completed.
This programme of work, which commenced in January 2020 and is expected to complete in November 2021, has significantly increased the fleet reliability.
The overhaul is being carried out by Brodie Engineering at their Bonnyton works in Kilmarnock. The scope of the work includes the safety critical overhaul of a number of components including traction equipment, doors, air reservoirs as well as exterior re-livery.
The 22 Class 320s have carried passengers in the Glasgow area since they were introduced and include specially commissioned artwork of various landmarks and famous sites on their interior.
